Every item comes with a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing faults — think failed seams, stitching or zips. If something goes wrong that’s down to us and not normal wear and tear, we’ll repair or replace it. All we ask is that you’ve followed the care instructions on the label.
How to claim
Email help@getprobody.com with your order number and a couple of photos of the fault. We aim to come back within one working day with next steps.
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage from washing or drying outside the care instructions on the label.
- Accidental damage or alterations after purchase.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. It doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
